Business Events Victoria in partnership with the Victorian State Government and Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) are pleased to deliver a free, in-person business events workshop at Lancemore Milawa on Thursday, 5th May 2022.

Please don’t think you need to offer 100+ beds, or a board table for 50… there is a lot of opportunity in the (high yielding) business events landscape, for example small group meetings, awards dinners, incentive travel or a conference.

- Introduction to business events
- Proposals – responding to requests and creating winning proposals
- Tips and Techniques in Sales – engaging the team in a selling mindset and asking for the business
- Contract negotiation and getting the small print right the first time
- Establishing and maintaining productive business relationships
- Enhancing the customer experience
