One of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival’s most popular traditions is their Crawl and Bite tours, and this year Victoria’s High country will host six itineraries across the region for festival-goers.

The tours will guide intimate groups of food lovers between a handful of great local venues at a time, stopping for a bite, drink or taste at each.

Think of them as progressive food adventures – the equivalent of a full meal with drinks spread over three or four venues, each led by an MFWF host, with a couple of small walks in the neighbourhood between spots.

These moveable feasts will take place in Alexandra, Beechworth, Bright, Mansfield, Milawa and Rutherglen, showcasing both the fantastic produce and skilled producers of our region.

A celebration of the region’s eating and drinking culture, the Crawls are a great way to introduce what Victoria’s High Country has to offer.
