Tourism businesses around the region have signed on for more than 150 Tourism North East workshops and online sessions presented by TNE’s Industry Development team so far this year.
As businesses struggle with the twin impacts of both the bushfires and COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, the workshops have offered tourism businesses a range of digital upskilling programs aimed at helping industry improve their online presence and offering.
The programs offer a range of online learning tools and virtual workshops to keep you abreast of current market trends, assist with evolving your operation to better meet customer demand, review your online presence, digital upskilling su and provide any other general guidance you may need to drive long terms sustainability and success.
New workshops and sessions are being regularly rolled out but note that with a maximum of eight participants per session, they fill up quickly.
