Applications opened in August for the $20 million Goulburn Valley Regional Jobs and Investment Package to help diversify the regional economy, stimulate economic growth and deliver sustainable employment in the region
The grant aims to assist businesses with an idea of a project build scale and capability to be competitive in new or growing markets to create sustainable employment.

The minimum grant is $50,000 on a dollar-for-dollar basis across four key industries including agriculture and tourism. Applications close 19 October 2017.
