The Commercial Landlord Hardship Fund 3 provides grants to eligible small landlords who experience hardship as a result of waiving rent for their tenant(s) between 28 July 2021 and 15 January 2022 under the Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme.
Grant amount is up to $6,000 per tenancy and up to $10,000 for landlords experiencing acute hardship.

Free Business Victoria Mentoring Sessions
Business Victoria offers free online mentoring sessions to help you start or grow your small business.
Available 9am – 7pm, Monday to Friday, the one-on-one mentoring sessions will provide information on your business idea or how to grow your existing business.
A business expert will help to identify a clear direction for your business, discuss key issues and priorities, and develop a business action plan to achieve your goals, all for free. Sessions are 45 minutes and bookings are essential.
