Congratulations to five of our local distillers for partaking in the recent ‘Drink Victorian’ campaign, held at Swiftcrest Distillery in May.
The ‘Regional Famils Program’ allowed Melbourne buyers and sommeliers to get a better understanding of the producers, their stories and the products the High Country has to offer, forging a stronger connection between regional producers and the markets they supply.
Congratulations to Swiftcrest Distillery for hosting the event, and High Country Food Company for their handmade degustation, inspired by the makers – all combining to beautifully showcase our magical region.
