The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and regions (DJSIR) has engaged Deloitte to evaluate the capability levels of regional tourism businesses. To inform this analysis, a survey is being conducted of regional tourism businesses in Victoria to better understand your capabilities across a wide range of areas, including customer experience and strategy, visitor servicing, partnerships, and risk / crisis management.
Your information is a critical input to support the design of future capability building programs for regional tourism businesses.
The survey closes on Friday, 6 September and will take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Participation is voluntary and you can choose to withdraw at any stage. Either way, this will not affect your personal or organisation’s relationship with the Department or Tourism North East.
