Melbourne Food & Wine Festival’s has set the date - Friday 16 March 2018 - for its signature annual event, the Regional World's Longest Lunch.

The event celebrates the diversity of Victoria’s food and beverage landscape in spectacular outdoor settings across the State, including gardens, vineyards, beachside and beyond.

Each lunch (like the one pictured on the bridge at Pfeiffers) is ideally held on one continuous table for a minimum of 100 guests from 12:00pm-4:00pm on the opening day of Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

The event helps promote tourism to regional Victoria and is an opportunity to showcase local chefs, producers and warm hospitality of the regions to MFWF’s dedicated food and wine audience.
