The Ready for Growth program is designed to support 1000 Victorian businesses with high growth potential to grow and succeed by supporting them to access new markets and create jobs.
Ready for Growth is a Victorian Government initiative being delivered by Business Victoria with partner BDO Australia from April 2022 to June 2024.
The program provides tailored advisory services to support businesses to define their goals, build their capability and develop a detailed understanding of their needs to ensure they receive customised support to grow.
The program will help businesses:
- develop a Growth Action Plan
- build capabilities for growth
- find grants and programs to support growth
- improve connections to key business networks and ecosystems
- create streamlined pathways to services and programs
- connect to peers through the Ready for Growth Alumni Network
